Job Description:

Commercial Bioenergy Inc. (CBE) is currently hiring a Head of Sales Canada for our Bioenergy Partner Network business. We are seeking a passionate Sales Leader for a high-growth potential business environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Build a strong distribution partner network dedicated to our focus industries.
  • Lead by example and thrive in a growth mindset.
  • Continuously develop and operate an effective and value-adding sales partner network through continuous coaching, training and professional development.
  • Ensure that CBE is seen by customer decision-makers as the most attractive supplier to work with.
  • Accelerate sales growth with a complete focus on the sales partner network development in Canada.
  • Expand the business opportunities for new growth.
  • Implement and execute a local strategy.
  • Continuously develop the Go-To-Market strategy for all different industry verticals to ensure strong growth and leading market positions.
  • Lead and motivate employees based on the company values and by their example.
  • Provide input on decisions to the business segment and product strategies, portfolio priorities, and product adaptations.
  • Ensure the value proposition of CBE is implemented and lived throughout your future sales team.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • You are a graduate or postgraduate of business at a college or university.
  • You are today working within a sales organization with a minimum of 3-5 years of management selling Industrial products and solutions within the energy field.
  • You can learn from others and take on the ideas of Best Practices.
  • You are ambitious for the business and yourself.
  • You have a hunter mindset with a passion for selling and interacting with customers.
  • You can also view things from a wider perspective, such as cross-vertical opportunities and collaboration.
  • You have a proven track record of substantial business sales successes working in Canada.
  • You have strong market knowledge and experience from sales in the alternative energy field and/or process plants or the industry automation field.
  • You are an experienced business professional with the capabilities to work and lead in a matrix, and you master strategic sales tools.
  • You are a strong leader and thereby able to motivate, coach/develop people, and get commitment to the decided direction of the business in the region.
  • You have experience managing a sizeable sales volume and managing a sizeable commercial team leading through others.
  • As you work in an international environment, fluency in both written and oral English and French is required.
