Chapleau, Ont., and Timmins-based Commercial BioEnergy Inc., want to see a district heating system supply seven public community buildings.

The Chapleau District Heating Project, a partnership between the municipality and BioEnergy, will investigate the  feasibility of constructing a centralized biomass fuelled heating plant to supply to up to seven public community buildings.
